Benidorm Poniente at Sunrise Before the Strip Wakes

Benidorm’s reputation is nightlife and density. Poniente at sunrise is the opposite — space, soft light and locals walking dogs before the loungers land.

1. Be on the sand by 07:00–07:30

That window is quiet even in high season. By mid-morning the same stretch fills with day beds and music.

2. Start from the western end

• Park once near Poniente or walk from your stay
• Keep the walk simple: shoreline out, promenade back
• Coffee after the walk, not a long breakfast setup on the first terrace

3. Leave before the heat

The tip is the morning reset, not a full beach day. Save swimming for later if you want crowds managed differently.
